Jake Bollman continued his busy 2026 racing schedule with another strong performance this past weekend in the zMAX CARS Tour's Visit Hampton Virginia 125 at Langley Speedway.

Returning to one of the most historic short tracks in the country, Bollman and his team unloaded with the goal of gaining valuable experience against one of the deepest Late Model Stock fields in short-track racing. Langley's flat, abrasive surface is known for producing close-quarters racing, limited passing opportunities, and constant pressure throughout the field, making every position hard-earned.

After qualifying 14th, Bollman faced the challenge of working his way through a talented 30-car field in the 125-lap feature. The race quickly developed into the intense, physical style of competition Langley Speedway has become known for, with multiple incidents and heavy traffic creating challenges throughout the night.

Despite starting deep in the field, Bollman remained patient and focused as the race unfolded. Several incidents broke out around him during the event, but he demonstrated impressive awareness and racecraft by narrowly avoiding multiple wrecks that collected other competitors. His ability to stay out of trouble proved critical as track position became increasingly important during the race's closing stages.

While others saw their nights end early, Bollman continued methodically moving forward, protecting his equipment and capitalizing on opportunities whenever they presented themselves. The experience gained racing in traffic against a highly competitive CARS Tour field paid dividends throughout the event.

As the laps wound down, Bollman continued advancing through the order and ultimately brought his car home with a 10th-place finish after starting 14th, earning a solid top-10 result in one of the toughest Late Model Stock races of the season.

The performance showcased Bollman's consistency and adaptability as he continues balancing a demanding schedule across multiple racing disciplines. Whether competing in the ARCA Menards Series, TA2 competition, or the CARS Tour, the young driver has continued to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and deliver strong results against experienced competition.

Perhaps most encouraging was the maturity displayed throughout the race. On a night where several drivers found trouble, Bollman's ability to avoid accidents, maintain track position, and steadily improve throughout the event highlighted the race management skills that have become a hallmark of his 2026 campaign.

For Bollman, the Langley Speedway outing marked another productive weekend and another opportunity to build experience in one of the nation's premier Late Model Stock series. Turning a 14th-place starting position into a top-10 finish while avoiding multiple incidents demonstrated both speed and discipline, giving the team valuable momentum heading into the next stretch of the racing season.
